Is the site survey free?
The survey is free and commits you to nothing. We see the space, take the measurements and talk through which product goes where. The quotation follows in writing after the visit.
How quickly will you get back to me?
We reply to enquiries by form or phone the same working day. A survey appointment can usually be offered within 1–3 working days.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Istanbul and our installation team travels across Turkey. For projects outside the city we plan the survey and the installation into a single trip.
What do you need in order to quote?
The dimensions of the space, what it is used for, and a floor plan if you have one. If you do not know the dimensions, you can build the room in our 3D planner and send us the resulting list directly.
